supposed to have arrived in KLIA at 9 am this morning, but something went wrong with the plane and i am currently being delayed for who knows how long.
When few of the passengers confronted the MAS counter after being bored with the delayed announcement and with the frequent un-announced fire alarm testing, the MAS guy started to give excuse which can't be accepted from the view point as a customer who hold with the principle 'customer is always right'.
Things started when they had a technical failure early in the morning and their engineer had to rectify the cause. Findings result in a screw being broken and a spare screw in their kept is unusable. so at the moment they're really screwed up.
Currently waiting for spare parts to come from either kuching or kl. and few of us re-schedule their flight to tomorrow morning. i am not sure how long should we wait.
its good that they gave us a breakfast and lunch voucher to compensate for our losses. (their kueytiaw looks like those plastic food display at japanese sushi bar.)
now feels like victor krakowski in the terminal
those who boarded airasia this morning had their lunch in McDonald LCCT already.
