For Richer or Poorer....

Huhuhuh….as I was driving to work today, there was this on the radio…the 40’s most richest man in Malaysia for 2006…survey was done by Malaysian Business Magazine…

And below is the top 10 of the list…

1. Tan Sri Robert Kuok (RM21.53 Billion) – Kerry Group
2. T. Ananda Krishnan (RM10.97 Billion) – Astro All Asia Network Plc
3. Tan Sri Quek Leng Chan (RM 9.9 Billion) – Hong Leong Group
4. Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong (RM 6.15 Billion ) – Genting Group
5. Tan Sri Teh Hong Piow (RM 6.1 Billion) – Public Bank
6. Tan Sri Lee Shin Cheng ( RM 3.89 Billion) – IOI corporation
7. Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar Albukhary (RM 2.93 Billion) – Albukhary Foundation
8. Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay (RM 1.61 Billion) – Genting Corporation
9. Tan Sri Tiong Hiew King (RM 1.53 Billion) – Rimbunan Hijau

Surprisingly…the #1 in the list is sugar manucfacturer…a.k.a Raja Gula in Malaysia…hmm…if everyone in Malaysia would turn-up sugar for something else…he won’t be there…hahahahah..demn….it’s my money that makes him rich…

How did they managed to get that huge amount of asset while we are struggling for a few thousands a months….if I were being an engineer till the end of my life…I would never achieve that billion status…not even reaching a million….
